Bolt support is one of the commonly used supports in mine support. Its construction steps generally start from bolt hole, then installation of bolt, and other construction requirements that may be involved. The following are the construction steps and requirements of bolt support.

Anchor bolt hole construction

Roof bolt holes shall be constructed in sequence from the outgoing heading face, and each row of bolt holes shall be constructed in sequence from the middle to two sides. Actual drilling anchor hole Angle relative design Angle deviation should be no greater than 5 °, row spacing between error should be less than 100 mm, depth error should be in 0 ~ 30 mm range, hole of coal and rock powder should be clean.

Anchor bolt installation

Fast installation process should be preferred for bolt installation. The anchoring agent should be checked before using, and the expired, hardened, broken or other degenerative solid agent should not be used. When using more than two rolls of different types of resin anchoring agents, the anchoring agents should be put into the borehole in order to solidify faster and slower first. When installing the bolt, first push the anchorage agent to the bottom of the hole, then start the bolt drill to stir the resin anchorage agent. Nuts shall be fastened with mechanical equipment. When secondary fastening is required, its torque or pre-tightening force size and fastening time should be clearly specified in the operating procedures and measures. After the installation of the nut reaches the required pre-tightening torque, it is generally not allowed to remove and reinstall the nut. The supporting plate should be close to the surface of the surrounding rock of the steel belt, net or roadway. Anti-friction washer is suitable for use between anchor plate and nut. The specification, networking mode and parameters of the anchor network shall be specified in the regulations.

Other construction requirements

In case of complex sections, the operation should be stopped, the reasons should be analyzed, and the construction can only be carried out after taking measures.For complex sections, the supporting forms such as bolt, anchor rope and anchor injection should be preferred, and the density of support should be increased appropriately. If necessary, metal support and pillar should be adopted for reinforcement.For the failure, loose and other unqualified bolt, anchor rope should be timely supplemented or tightened.A certain amount of other supporting materials, such as anchor net, should be provided for the prevention measures of coal seam roadway supported by bolt.Any working place of coal roadway, such as anchor bolt, anchor rope, steel belt, metal net, etc. as permanent support shall not be used as lifting equipment or other heavy objects.
