Split set working principle and characteristics: The split set is a new type of anchor that fully anchors the rock and actively strengthens the surrounding rock, its three-dimensional part is a longitudinally slit high-strength steel pipe, when installed in a drill hole slightly smaller than the pipe diameter, it can immediately apply radial pressure to the hole wall and prevent the surrounding rock from sliding down, together with the support force of the bolt tray pallet, the surrounding rock is in a three-way state and the rock formation is great. In the case of blasting vibration surrounding rock anchoring, etc., the anchoring force is obviously increased in the later stage. When the surrounding rock is significantly displaced, the anchor does not lose its supporting resistance, and it has better characteristics than the rising shell anchor.

The friction bolt support essentially installs the anchor rod in the surrounding rock of the roadway, so that the layered and soft rock mass is reinforced in different forms to forms a complete supporting structure, providing a certain support resistance and common impedance displacement and deformation of the surrounding rock.

(1)   Wood rock bolt. There are two kinds of wooden anchors used in China, namely ordinary wood anchors and compressed wood anchors.

(6)   Fast hard expansion cement anchor. It is made of ordinary portland cement or slag portland cement with admixture, which has the characteristics of rapid setting, early strength, water reduction and expansion.

(7)   Double fast cement rock bolt. It is made up of a mixture of finished early strength cement and double fast cement in a certain proportion. It has the characteristics of fast hard, fast coagulation and early strength.
