(1)   Anticorrosion method for anchor anchorage section

In the permanent corrosion of the general corrosive envionment, the rod body in the anchoring section of the rock bolt can be sealed with mortar or cement slurry, but the 20mm thick protective layer must be around the rod.

In the permanent corroding of severe corrosive environment, the rod body in the anchoring section of the anchor rod is preferably a corrugated tube jacket, and the pores in the tube are filled with cement slurry or epoxy resin, and the thickness of the protective layer around the casing is not less than 10 mm.

Temporary bolt anchorage section should be closed with cement slurry, and the thickness of the protective layer around the pole should not be less than 10mm.

(2)   Anti-corrosion method for exposed anchor portion

When the permanent anchor adopts the exposed head, it must be coated with anti-corrosion materials such as asphalt, and then sealed with concrete, the thickness of the protective layer of the exposed steel plate and anchor should not be less than 25mm.

(3)   Anticorrosion method for free section of bolt

The surface of the rod in the free section of the permanent anchor is coated with anti-corrosive paint or lubricating oil, then wrapped with plastic cloth, and then coated with a layer of lubricating oil on the surface of the plastic cloth, and finally loaded into the plastic sleeve to form a double-layer anti-corrosion.
