Split set working principle and characteristics: the split set is a new type of anchor that fully anchors the rock and actively strengthens the surrounding rock, its three-dimensional part is a longitudinally slit high-strength steel pipe, when installed in a drill hole that is slightly smaller than the pipe diameter, immediately applies radial pressure to the wall of the hole over the entire length and prevents friction from falling around the rock, together with the supporting force of the bolt tray pallet, the surrounding rock is in a three-way state and the rock formation in maintained. In the case of blasting vibration surrounding rock anchoring, the anchoring force is obviously increased in the later stage, when the surrounding rock is significantly displaced, the bolt does not lose its support resistance, and it has better characteristics than the shell-type anchor.

The bolt support essentially installs the anchor in the surrounding rock of the roadway, reinforce layered, soft rock masses in different forms, form a complete supporting structure, provide a certain supporting resistance, and jointly resist the displacement and deformation of the surrounding rock.

1.      Wooden rock bolt. There are two kinds of wooden anchors used in China, namely ordinary wood anchors and compressed wood anchors.

2.      Rebar or wire rope mortar anchor. Cement mortar as binder for anchor and surrounding rock.

3.      Wedge metal anchor. This bolt used to be one of the most widely used forms of bolts. Because it is easy to process, easy to install, and has a certain anchoring force, this kind of anchor is still in use within a certain range.

4.      Split set. Is a full length friction anchor bolt. The bolt has the characteristics of simple installation, reliable anchoring, large initial anchoring force and long-term anchoring force increasing with the movement of surrounding rock.

5.      Resin rock bolt. Resin as a binder for anchors, high cost.

6.      Fast hard expansion cement anchor. Using ordinary portland cement or slag portland cement to add admixture, with rapid condensation, early strength, water reduction, expansion and other characteristics.

7.      Double fast cement anchor. It is made up of a mixture of finished early strength cement and double fast cement in a certain proportion. Fast and hard, fast and strong.
