The shipment, valued at approximately USD 28,000, departed Qingdao Port on November 20, 2025, and is scheduled to arrive at the Port of Manila before December 10. The consignment consists of high-grade alloy steel driver bits designed specifically for the installation of 33 mm friction rock bolts (split set stabilizers), one of the most widely used ground support systems in Philippine underground mining operations, particularly in nickel, gold, and copper mines.
