Last week we delivered 2000 pieces welded wire mesh with diameter 5.5mm to Philippines.

We knew this customer early in 2021. He saw our website and inquired for welded mesh. And the specification is as follows:

The length is 4.5m, the width is 2.4m. The diameter of mesh is 5.5mm. The hole size is 100*100. The quantity is 2000 pieces. We checked the sea freight to Melbourne and gave him a CIF price. He said our CIF is higher than other suppliers. We said it is because of the high price of Special Specification Container. The customer told us his target price and said he would plan to purchase for two years. Then We gave him FOB price. The client said our price is ok and required us to provide Certificate of Origin. Of course, We can provide. Then, the customer wanted to confirmed some details about the products.

We supply him the following details:

1 The Tensile strength can achieved 380 Mpa, and it will be produced according to AS/NZS 4671 standards.

2 The Minimum breaking force is 7.5N/M.

3 The Minimum tensile force of solder joint is 7N/M.

4 We galvanize the mesh and then weld.

5 Our welded wire mesh have neat edges.

6 We have professional quality control equipment to ensure the wire mesh quality.

The customer wanted a sample. We communicated with factory and sent him the wire mesh sample quickly. Then after the National Day holidays, the customer received our mesh and sent it to take the product test. After half month, we received the feedback that the weld wire mesh is qualified. Then we sent welded wire mesh to port last week. Although the negotiations have some problems and take a long time, luckily, we have a successful cooperation.
