So how does the rock bolt complete grouting?

1. The grouting material should be determined according to the design requirements. Generally, cement: sand = 1: 1-1: 2, cement mortar with water-cement ratio of 0.38-0.45 or pure water with water-cement ratio of 0.40-0.45 Mud, if necessary, can add a certain amount of admixtures or admixtures.

2. The slurry should be stirred evenly, sieved, and used with stirring. The slurry should be used up before the initial setting, and the grouting pipeline should always be kept open.

3. At normal pressure grouting, a mortar pump is used to transport the slurry to the bottom of the hole through the grouting pipe, and then return to the hole from the bottom of the hole. When the hole overflows the slurry or the exhaust pipe stops exhausting, the grouting can be stopped.

4. When the slurry can not be filled with anchor solids after hardening, grouting should be performed, and the amount of grouting should not be less than the calculated amount.

5. During grouting, pull out the grouting tube while pouring. However, it should be noted that the nozzle should always be below the surface of the slurry, and the grouting tube should be moved at any time during grouting and pulled out when the slurry overflows the orifice.
