3. The mechanical properties of the pallet should be matched with the performance of the rock bolt body in order to give full play to the supporting role of the rock bolt. Insufficient pallet strength, poor installation quality, and large eccentric load will significantly reduce the role of the rock bolt. For end-anchor anchors, the anchor plate is the component where the tail of the anchor contacts the surrounding rock. Preload is applied to the anchor through the anchor plate, and the surrounding rock load is transmitted to the rock bolt body. The anchor plate itself fails, and the surrounding rock under the anchor plate loosely falls off, resulting in If the tray is not in close contact with the surface, the anchor will lose its support. For lengthening the anchor bolt, the role of the pallet is also important. The pallet is pressed against the surface of the roadway to apply a pre-tightening force to the rock bolt. The pre-tightening force affects the working resistance and force distribution of the rock bolt and improves the support effect.
