First of all, during the use of mining steel strands, the test machine may fail to reach the rated test force. There are two main reasons for this situation. One is that the fuel delivery valve is stuck and cannot work smoothly, while the other reason is that the hydraulic system may leak. The solution to these two problems is to disassemble the cleaning oil delivery valve. For areas that are not easy to clean, you can brush it with a toothbrush. If it is an oil leak, you can tighten the oil leak or replace it with a new gasket. It will make the mining steel strands equipment safer and more convenient for people during use.

Secondly, during the use of steel stranded equipment, the mobile beam may not be lifted smoothly. There are two main reasons for this situation. One is that there is insufficient lubrication between the screw rod and the hole of the base or the foreign matter is blocked. One is that the locking screw of the nut below the screw is loose. This kind of problem is better solved. If it is this kind of problem, we can remove the nut on the lower part of the screw rod, start the oil pump, push the screw rod out with a piston and then clean it, or install it with lubricant. If it is the second case, it is better solved. Just check and reinstall the screw lock.
