1. Anticorrosion method of anchoring section of rock bolts

In a general corrosive environment, the anchor body in the anchoring section of the rock bolt can be sealed and protected by mortar or cement slurry, but a 20mm thick protective layer must be around the rod body. In severe corrosive environment, the rock bolt in the anchorage section of the anchor rod is covered with a corrugated tube, the pores in the tube are filled with cement slurry or epoxy resin, and the thickness of the protective layer around the casing should not be less than 10mm. The rod body of the temporary anchor rod anchoring section should be sealed with anti-corrosion cement paste, and the thickness of the protective layer around the rod body should not be less than 10mm.

2. Anticorrosion method of the free section of the mine rock bolts

The surface of the rod body in the free section of the rock bolt is coated with anti-corrosion paint or lubricating oil, wrapped with plastic cloth, coated with a layer of lubricating oil on the surface of the plastic cloth, and finally installed in a plastic sleeve to form a double-layer anti-corrosion. Temporary rock bolt body can be coated with anti-corrosion paint or lubricating oil, and then wrapped with plastic cloth as a simple anti-corrosion measure.

3.  Anti-corrosion method of exposed bolt part

When the rock bolt is exposed, it must be coated with asphalt and other anti-corrosion materials, and then sealed with concrete. The thickness of the exposed steel plate and the protective layer of the anchor must not be less than 25mm. When the mine rock bolt is sealed with a box, the gap in the box must be filled with lubricating oil. The anchor head of the temporary rock bolt is best to use asphalt anti-corrosion in advance.
