Its material is welded ring and rolling head to make the rod body, the ring is cut to make the retaining ring, and the anchor plate is made by shearing and punching. So, in the actual use process, what technical measures are needed to dismantle the anchor plate?

1. Before dismantling the anchor plate, the maintenance team pre-soaked the rusted screws with diesel oil, and then the production team will carry out the disassembly operation during the production process;

2. The disassembly of the anchor plate is carried out before returning to the dense pillars at the tail of the machine;

3. Operators are strictly forbidden to enter the goaf for disassembly operations. When the dense pillars that hinder the demolition operation need to be removed, the columns must be replaced first. After the demolition operation is completed, the removed hydraulic props should be restored in time;

4. The dismantled anchor plate should be stored and recycled in a unified manner, and should not be discarded at will;

5. After disassembling the anchor plate, return to the dense pillars at the tail of the machine in time. When returning to the column, three people must work together, one to observe the roof, one to remove the column, and one to pull the column outward. Before returning to the column, clear the retreat. When returning to the column, concentrate on the energy and do not do other work that has nothing to do with the top. Back to the top of the column must be carried out from bottom to top;

6. When the roof is broken at the upper corner, the disassembly should be stopped immediately, and the roof of the broken roof section should be strengthened and maintained to prevent the broken roof area from expanding and causing roof leakage accidents;

7. The dense pillars at the upper corners should be ensured to be a straight line, the pillars support strong, the initial support force is not less than 90KN, and the shed should be installed in time so that the pillars can cut the roof effectively.
