01 Anti-corrosion method of anchor bolt anchoring section

For permanent anchors in general corrosive environment, mortar or cement slurry can be used for sealing and anticorrosion in the anchoring section of the anchor, but there must be a 20mm thick protective layer around the anchor. In the severe corrosive environment, the anchor bolt is permanently anchored, and the rod body in the anchoring section of the anchor bolt is preferably sheathed with corrugated pipe, the pores in the pipe are filled with cement slurry or epoxy resin, and the thickness of protective layer around the casing shall not be less than 10mm. Temporary anchor bolt should be sealed with cement slurry for anticorrosion, and the thickness of protective layer around the rod should not be less than 10mm.

02 Anti-corrosion method of exposed bolt part

When the exposed head is used for the permanent anchor bolt, it must be coated with asphalt and other anti-corrosion materials, and then sealed with concrete. The thickness of the exposed steel plate and the protective layer of anchorage shall not be less than 25mm.

03 anticorrosion method of free section of anchor bolt

The surface of the rod body in the free section of the permanent anchor bolt is coated with anti-corrosion paint or lubricating oil, then wrapped with plastic cloth, coated with a layer of lubricating oil on the plastic cloth surface, and finally packed into plastic casing to form double-layer anti-corrosion. The anchor bolt can be coated with anti-corrosion paint or lubricating oil, and then wrapped with plastic cloth for simple anti-corrosion measures.
