Technical requirements

1. The surface of friction bolt shall be smooth without serious strain and corrosion. The weld shall be free of cracks, air holes and slag inclusion, and shall not burn through the pipe wall. The tray should be able to move freely on the rod body. 170o—190o should be staggered between the stop ring interface and the pipe joint opening.

2. Pull-off force of retaining ring weld is ?80kN, ultimate tensile force of rod body is ?110kN, initial anchoring force is ?25kN/m, and bearing capacity of pallet is ?65kN.

Product performance

1 Initial anchoring force: 3~7 tons;

2. Pull-off load of anchor pipe ring: 8~10 tons;

3. Tensile breaking resistance of rock bolt: 12~13 tons;

Usage method

01 according to the design requirements, determine the anchor hole position and drill holes with drilling tools.

02 blow the rock powder in the hole with compressed air.
