3. When drilling bolt holes, do not pay attention to frequently moving the drill, change the direction of the drill, and drill multiple holes in one position.

4. When drilling the top hole, directly use a long drill rod. The installation angle of such a pipe joint anchor rod often does not meet the design requirements.

Safe use of split set rock bolt:

1. Before drilling, it is necessary to ensure the stability of the roof and the coal bank and perform safe operations.

2. It is forbidden to place the anchor bolt on the ground. Because the drilling rig is placed on the ground, accidents may occur if the air legs are protruding out due to a mistake in the ventilation operation.

3. It is forbidden to hold the drill pipe with gloved hands when drilling the bolt.

4. When opening the eye position, the drilling rig should be stabilized and the eye opening operation should be carried out.

5. When drilling with a pneumatic bolter, the thrust of the atmospheric leg should be increased at an even speed to prevent slow drilling speed, stuck drill, broken drill, and chipped blades caused by uneven thrust.
