1.    Top Beam

2.    Column Legs

There are 3 forms of column legs, one is that the upper part is arc-shaped and the lower part is a straight segment; the second is that it is all curved and has only one radius of curvature; the third is all curved, but there are two curvatures radius. There is a base welded under the column legs, the size of the base depends on the hardness of the bottom plate.

3.    Connector

The connector is a clamping device between the bracket section and the section, which can play the role of inter-section connection, and can also compress the connected two-section steel joints to provide pre-tightening force, so that there is friction between the U-shaped steels, so as to ensure The arch bracket has a certain working resistance and a certain amount of shrinkage.

4.    Interframe tie rod

The function of the inter-frame tie rod is to enhance the overall relative stability of the bracket, and to connect the bracket from the longitudinal direction to form a whole.

5.    Backing material

The backing material is the filling material between the U-shaped steel support and the surrounding rock. The purpose is to make the U-shaped steel support and the surrounding rock in close contact, improve the stress condition of the support, improve its bearing capacity and maintain the stability of the surrounding rock.
