When punching, if the roof is broken or encounters geological structure during roadway excavation, it must be operated under the cover of the probing bracket. The order of punching should be carried out in the order of the top and the back.

Before installation, the accmulated water and rock power in the hole shoule be cleaned with pressurized air. Stirring time 25~30s. After stirring well, stop stirring for about 30 s. When the resin roll is solidified, slowly lower the bolt machine, put the tray on the plate, and screw the nut. After 12 minutes, tighten the nut to apply a certain pre-tightening force to the bolt. The wrench tightens the nut to ensure that the tray is pressed tightly and close to the surrounding rock surface of the roadway. The bolt pull-out force is not less than 70KN.
