Clamps are used as accessories of U-shaped steel arches, which also have the specific processing steps:
(1) Material selection: 16M or 20M16 × 80 steel plate;

(2) Cutting: 25U clamp material length is 460mm, 29U clamp material length is 480mm;

(3) Hot rolling: Heating the steel plate to 1000-1200 ° C for hot rolling;

(4) Punching and tapping: Make a 22.5mm hole on the three sides of the clamp, and then use a tap to process the M24 thread fastener, and match with M24 × 35 bolts.
