1. Anticorrosion method for rock bolt and anchoring section
For permanent anchors in general corrosive environments, the rod body in the anchoring section of the rock bolt can be closed and protected with mortar or cement slurry, but a 20mm thick protective layer must be provided around the rod body. In severe corrosive environment, the rock bolt in the anchoring section of the rod body is best to be covered with a corrugated tube, the hole in the tube is filled with cement slurry or epoxy resin, the thickness of the protective layer around the casing must not be less than 10mm. Temporary rock bolt anchoring section rod body should be closed with anti-corrosion cement slurry, the thickness of the protective layer around the rod body must not be less than 10mm.

2. Anti-corrosion method for exposed anchor part
When using an exposed head for a permanent anchor, it must be coated with anticorrosive materials such as asphalt, and then sealed with concrete. The thickness of the protective layer of the exposed steel plate and anchor must not be less than 25mm.

3. Anti-corrosion method for free section of rock bolt
The surface of the rod body in the free section of the permanent anchor is coated with anticorrosive paint or lubricant, and then wrapped with plastic cloth, and then coated with a layer of lubricant, and finally packed into a plastic sleeve to form a double-layer anticorrosion. The temporary rock bolt free section rod body can be coated with anticorrosive paint or lubricant, and then wrapped with plastic cloth, and make the simple anticorrosive measures.
