Preparations before installing FRP Bolts:

1. Before installation, check the quality of the FRP Bolts. Any flaws such as cracks and broken wires cannot be used, which will affect the overall safety;

2. Make sure that the thread at the end of the FRP Bolt is intact and free of flaws. If there is excess resin, use a file to correct the thread;

3. Before use, the operator must be familiar with the use of the anchor machine and the installation method of the rock bolts.

The specific operation process of installing FRP Bolts:
1. Use an anchor drill to drill holes. When finished, remove the drill rod and use the anchor to push the anchoring agent into the hole;

2. Screw on the FRP tray and nut;

3. Screw the anchoring aid at the tail of the rock bolt, and then insert the bayonet of the anchoring aid into the drill rod link sleeve of the anchor drilling rig to drill the anchoring agent into the anchor hole;

4. Use the top of the anchor rod to support the anchoring agent. At this time, start the anchor rod drilling rig to advance the outriggers to perform the ascending movement. The rig motor does not rotate and push the anchoring agent into the bottom of the hole.
5. Start the motor drilling rig to rotate, and the rock bolt will rise while stirring the anchoring agent. When the FRP Bolt reaches the bottom of the hole, the drilling rig will stop rising. The drilling machine will quickly rotate and stir the anchoring agent. The stirring time is generally 10-15S. After the anchoring agent is solidified, unscrew the anchor rod mounter and lower the drill at the same time, and the rock bolt is installed.
