  Mine anchor cable tensioning equipment consists of tensioning jacks, manual hydraulic pumps and high-pressure rubber hoses, which constitute a set of necessary equipment for prestressed tensioning of coal mine roadways. By replacing the steel strand tool anchor, it is used for the installation of steel strand anchor cables with a diameter of ?15.24, ?17.8, ?18.9, or 21.6mm. The machine is also suitable for anchor cable traffic tunnels, pile foundation engineering, metallurgy and chemical engineering and other mining projects.

  The structure and basic principle of tension jack:

  The tension jack is composed of an outer cylinder, a middle cylinder, an inner cylinder, an anchor cup, a built-in anchor concrete fixed on the inner cylinder, and a top presser. (Pallet), external anchors and other sets are put away, and the steel strand is inserted into the top hole of the tension jack for about 150mm, so that the top presser pre-tightens the external anchor concrete at the top plate; the tool anchor is in the top pressure Retract freely in the concave hole of the device, and then push out the middle cylinder. During the ejection process of the middle cylinder, because the anchor withdrawal ring is separated from the fixed built-in tool anchor, the built-in tool anchor locks the steel strand under the push of the elastic force, so that the steel strand is continuously stretched when the middle cylinder is ejected, and the external The anchorage and the steel plate (tray) are continuously tightened. After the middle cylinder is pushed to the predetermined position, it returns to the outer cylinder. The locking plate of the external anchorage locks the steel strand, so that the steel strand is in a load-bearing state, and the top plate is locked. Hold it firmly.
