The thickness error of the clamps after forming is about 0.5mm, and the width error is about 0.2mm. Bolt hole distance deviation is about 1mm.

2. Clamp bolt: made of round steel corresponding to U-shaped steel material. The bolt specifications are M24, the length is 35mm, the basic dimensions of the threads comply with the provisions of GB/T96, the tolerances comply with the provisions of GB/T197, and the accuracy is 8g.

3. Clamp hole: Through hole of specification M24, the basic size of the thread meets the requirements of GB/T96, the tolerance meets the requirements of GB/T197, and the accuracy is 8g.

4. Working coaxial: the strength of the clamp and the U-shaped bracket match. The difference between the maximum working resistance and the minimum working resistance is not more than 25kN. The average working strength of the 25U-type steel retractable bracket card and cable is not less than 100kN, the 29U-type steel retractable bracket card and cable has an average working load of not less than 140kN, and the 36U-type steel retractable bracket card and cable has an average working bearing capacity not low at 190kN.
