W steel strip provides support for the roadway surface, suppress shallow layer separation and crack opening, maintain the integrity of surrounding rock, reduce tensile damage caused by rock layer bending, improve rock layer stress state, prevent loose rock blocks between anchors drop;

3. Balance the stress of the rock bolt and improve the overall support function. The W steel strip connects several rock bolts together to balance the stress of the rock bolt to form a combined support system to improve the overall support capacity.

At present, in various production mines around the world, the W steel strip has a mining depth of more than 500-1000 meters. The ground stress, surrounding rock stress and deformation are complex and diverse. A single bolt support can no longer meet the broken roof, composite roof, roadway support with high roof pressure is required, and the anchor beam system composed of bolts and W steel strips can effectively control the roof, and it can also be supported in roadways and tunnels with large fractures.
