So, what precautions should be taken during the installation of mining rock bolts ?

First of all, when installing the mining rock bolts, the cross-section specifications and models of the coal lane must be strictly inspected in accordance with the middle and waveguide lines. When they do not meet the technical specifications of the work, they must be resolved first; Then, you can start work only after confirming the safety side. The direction of the bolt eye should be precise. The eye position error should not exceed 100mm, and the eye direction error should not exceed 15 °. The deep layer of the bolt hole should be consistent with the length of the bolt, and the drill should be marked on the drill, and the hole should be drilled strictly according to the length of the bolt. The deep layer is 2650mm, which is not fixed. Slag and water are combed and cleaned. When drilling, be sure to operate under the maintenance of temporary mining rock bolt support. When drilling holes for mine anchors, follow the times from outside to inside:

1. According to the overall plan, clarify the hole distance of the mining rock bolts and use drilling tools to make holes;

2. Gently blow out the rock dust in the hole with compressed air;

3. The straight-through diameter of the revolving hole is 6-12mm larger than that of the mine bolt;

4. Use the anchor rod to send the anchoring agent into the bottom of the hole, start the mixing equipment to start mixing, and strictly control the mixing time according to the resin anchoring agent regulations;

5. After the waiting time, tighten the nut.
