The overall construction technology of self drilling anchor bolt:

1. Connect the alloy drill bit to one end of the anchor rod, and the other end of the self-advancing anchor rod is connected to the drill sleeve and the drill tail, and then connected to the trolley or hand-held drill. The self-advancing anchor rod starts drilling at the designed depth, and cooling water must be added during drilling.

2. Remove the drilling rig, insert the grouting plug into the self drilling anchor bolt body, and insert it into the hole to prepare for grouting. In special circumstances, if the grouting pressure is too high or the surrounding rock is too broken, the hole can be sealed with anchoring agent.

4. Start the grouting machine and turn it off when the grouting is full and the pressure reaches the design value. The grouting pressure is determined according to the design parameters and the performance of the grouting machine. The reference value of ash-sand ratio is 1:0~1:1, and the reference value of water-cement ratio is 0.45~0.5:1.

5. Install the backing plate and nut, and tighten the nut.
