The Correct Way to Repair Anchor Resin Bolt
Anchor Resin Bolt is a new type of bolt that anchors the whole process and actively reinforces the surrounding rock.
Anchor technical measures:
1. Before anchoring, knock the top of the gangway, remove the loose rock blocks, and deal with the dangerous rocks.
2. Check whether the width and height of the roadway meet the requirements. For the under-excavated roadway that does not meet the requirements, it must be reworked and anchored only after meeting the requirements.
3. The height of the roadway is high. When an operating platform needs to be erected, the operating platform should be erected firmly, the operator should stand firm, and the platform should be prevented from collapsing.
4. According to the requirements of the bolt eye position, determine the bolt eye position, and dig deep eye socket with steel drill or hand pick. Take the working method of two people operating a pneumatic drill to make anchor eye holes.
5. The Anchor Resin Bolt should be kept perpendicular to the surrounding of the roadway, the helper eye should be kept perpendicular to the center line of the roadway, and the angle between the roof eye and the rock surface should not be less than 75 degrees. The eye depth should be greater than the 50mm bolt length.
6. When drilling, the drill bit should be checked and selected according to the requirement that the diameter of the drill bit is smaller than the outer diameter of the Anchor Resin Bolt by 2mm. If it is found that it does not meet the requirements, it should be replaced in time.
7. Drilling is required to be straight and flat. Blow out the rock powder after drilling.
8. Before installing the Anchor Resin Bolt, check whether the eye position, eye diameter, eye distance, bolt components, etc. of the bolt meet the design requirements, otherwise, the bolt should not be installed.
