(1) Anti-corrosion method of anchoring section of left-handed mine bolt
For bolts in general corrosive environments, the rod body in the anchoring section of the bolt can be sealed with mortar or cement slurry for anti-corrosion, but a 20mm thick protective layer must be around the rod body. In a severe corrosive environment, the rod body in the anchoring section of the bolt is preferably covered with a corrugated pipe, the pores in the pipe are filled with cement slurry or epoxy resin, and the thickness of the protective layer around the casing shall not be less than 10mm. The rod body of the temporary bolt anchoring section should be sealed with cement slurry for anti-corrosion, and the thickness of the protective layer around the rod body should not be less than 10mm.
(2) The anti-corrosion method of exposing the part of the mine bolt
When the exposed head is selected for the anchor rod, it must be coated with anti-corrosion materials such as asphalt, and then sealed with concrete. The thickness of the exposed steel plate and the protective layer of the anchor should not be less than 25mm.
(3) Anti-corrosion method of free section of left-handed mine bolt
The
outer surface of the inner rod of the free section of the permanent anchor rod
is coated with anti-corrosion paint or lubricating oil, then wrapped with
plastic cloth, and then coated with a layer of lubricating oil on the surface
of the plastic cloth, and then installed in a plastic sleeve to form a
double-layer anti-corrosion. The free section of the temporary bolt can be
coated with anti-corrosion paint or lubricating oil, and then wrapped with plastic
cloth for simple anti-corrosion measures.
