The steps of rock bolt construction are the things we need to understand, the following five points are the construction points of the bolts we summarized.

1.      Positoning: after passing the excavation section inspection, draw the bolt hole positon on the rock surface according to the design requirements.

2.      Drilling: excavation guide hole is made by artificial hand-held wind drill. Hole making technical requirements: hole diameter ?38~42mm; opening deviation less than 2%, hole depth is 3~5cm longer than bolt insertion part.

3.      Insert the rock bolt slowly into the hole 3~5cm awway from the bottom of the hole. After the rod is inserted, the hole is tightly closed with cement mortar or other, and the vent hole is set.

4.      Bolt grounting: The grouting pressure is adjusted at 0. 5~0. 8Mpa, so that the slurry is slowly injected, when the vent hole has slurry flowing out, close the vent hole, and the pressure injection is stopped for 3~5 minutes.

5.      The pressure pad and the nut are installed, after the grouting is completed, the pad and nut are added at the end of the anchor, and the nut is not fastened.
