T steel strip is a type of top steel belt. People called it as T steel strip because it has the same cross-section as the letter T. It can be used with various rock bolts to form an anchor bracket. Through it, multiple scattered rock bolts can be connected together to form an integral load-bearing structure, it would improve the support effect of the rock bolt significantly. Among them, the quality of the T steel strip is a key point.
When it comes to the quality of T steel strips, the material of T-steel strips will be involved inevitably. There are many types of steel strips on the market: pure polypropylene, polypropylene plus masterbatch, polypropylene plus regrind and masterbatch. The rigid belt produced by pure polypropylene is transparent completely, the rigid ground produced by polypropylene plus masterbatch is translucent, the rigid belt produced by polypropylene plus recycled material is basically opaque, the rigid belt produced by polypropylene plus masterbatch and recycled material opaque completely.

There is also a rigid belt produced by fully recycled materials and calcium carbonate powder sandwich materials. The rigid belt produced by complete recycled materials is relative soft. Only the surface of the core material belt is raw materials, and the rest are calcium carbonate powder (lime powder). Therefore, the quality of T steel strips depend on the purity of polypropylene entirely. The higher the purity of polypropylene, the better the tensile strength of steel strips.
