In the process of producing clamps, Zhongxiang factories must comply with the following production requirements:

1. The parts of the U-shaped steel clamps have good interchangeability, and the bolts can be installed on the card cable board directly;

2. There should be no cracks, burrs, flashes or other defects on the surface of the clamps;

3. The U-shaped steel clamp is quenched and tempered, and the material is Q345 low carbon steel that is not less than the mechanical properties of the U-shaped steel arch;

4. The allowable error of the thickness of the card and clamps after forming is about 0.5mm, and the allowable error of the width is about 0.2mm. Allowable deviation of bolt hole distance is about 1mm;

5. U-shaped steel clamp bolts should be made of round steel corresponding to U-shaped steel material;

6. The bolt size is M24, the length is 35mm, the basic size of the thread should meet the requirements of GB / T96, the tolerance should meet the requirements of GB / T197, and the accuracy is 8g.
